Xait are a global technology company headquartered in Norway. To support the expansion of their UK presence, Xait appointed The DSGN studio to deliver this new Cheltenham office, marking their second UK location.
(KEY FEATURES)
This Cat B fit-out was inspired by a unique fusion of American retro aesthetics and Scandinavian simplicity – think Mad Men style with a softer, homelier twist. The goal was to echo the look and feel of their Norwegian HQ, while creating a space tailored to collaboration and creativity and a modern workforce.
We used earthy carpet tones to ground the space, while carefully placed pops of colour in the furniture and lighting inject personality and playfulness. The open-plan layout encourages fluid movement, with designated collaboration zones, a glass-fronted boardroom, and six private offices for focused work. The kitchen and breakout area features natural oak finishes and a calm, neutral palette – a nod to clean Scandinavian design. Feature lighting was supplied by GUBI and MOEBE, the furniture by Boss Design and Flokk.

The result is a warm, stylish, and highly functional workspace that reflects Xait’s culture and values. This new office is a space where creativity thrives, collaboration flows, and employees feel at home.
