Dalston Works

(INTRODUCTION)

This Cat B fit-out was designed to enhance the communal and co-working areas within the residential Build to Rent complex of Dalston Works. The design vision was to create a versatile environment that feels like home: a place where residents can unwind with a book, connect with friends, or focus during a productive work session.

(BRIEF)

The client’s objective was to have a space that was multifunctional, elegant, and atmospheric while maintaining a welcoming, homely quality. Drawing inspiration from Soho House, the brief called for a contemporary European aesthetic that combines sophistication with warmth and character.
