Our partnership with Harley Academy began in 2018, shortly after The DSGN Studio was founded. We were proud to work with them again last year, designing their impressive new centre at the prestigious 62 Threadneedle Street in London.

This space needed to serve two distinct audiences — medical professionals attending advanced training in aesthetic medicine, and private clients receiving cosmetic dermatology treatments — while maintaining a cohesive and inspiring atmosphere.

The challenge was to design a space that felt simultaneously sophisticated, welcoming, and highly functional.
It needed to reflect the professionalism of a leading postgraduate training provider while ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for private clients. Our approach focused on creating subtle zoning to distinguish training areas from treatment spaces, without compromising the overall design aesthetic.

We achieved this through a combination of intelligent spatial planning, feature lighting, screening, and biophilic design, incorporating natural elements to promote a sense of well-being.
Statement pieces such as neon signage near the entrance and carefully curated modern furnishings added a layer of contemporary energy to the space. The result is a design that captures the uplifting, progressive spirit of Harley Academy, blending the sophistication of a high-end educational institution with the warmth of a boutique clinic.
The space now flows seamlessly between learning and treatment, offering a relaxed café-style bar, comfortable waiting areas, and beautiful yet durable furniture — creating an environment where both professional development and exceptional client care can thrive.
