Bharti Global is a powerhouse organisation operating across telecommunications, insurance, real estate, and hospitality. To support their continued growth and operational evolution, Bharti Enterprises has established a new London HQ situated in the heart of Mayfair.

Moving from a split layout across two floors in their previous location, the new headquarters consolidates the entire team onto a single, expansive floor plate designed for seamless collaboration and modern working styles.

The design brief was clear from the outset: create an elegant and timeless environment that feels warm and welcoming rather than strictly corporate.
With the transition to a single floor plate, the primary spatial challenge was carefully reworking the layout to accommodate three distinct teams, each requiring different levels of privacy and functionality.
(KEY FEATURES)
Using the building’s core structure, the design establishes natural separation between team areas while unifying the office around a central social hub built for both collaboration and hybrid working. Warmth and visual contrast are brought into the space through natural timber flooring from Havwoods paired with rich, deep blue feature tones. The overall high-end atmosphere is further elevated by architectural lighting from Delta Light and decorative statement pieces by Brokis Lighting.

Flexibility sits at the heart of the layout.
The main boardroom incorporates movable partitions, allowing it to adapt effortlessly from one large space for all-hands meetings into three separate, private rooms. Additional operational needs are met through a private Chairman’s office featuring controlled access, while high-spec furniture selections from Bene, Brunner, and Icons of Denmark complete a workspace specifically designed around people and how they work.
